Careem Hacked.....?????

DUBAI, United Arab Emirates based one of the most popular ride-sharing app Careem says it that they got hacked..

Careem reported in a blog post on monday 23rd April 2018 that they faced a huge security breach through which data from their servers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers and history data of trips of many customers and captains was highly affected.


Careem says it that the group of hackers only got success to get access only the information of names, emails, history data of trips etc of customers while the credit card information of consumers remains safe.

According to a report, the number of consumers that were affected were upto 14 million by the attack in which the privacy of upto 14 million people of middle east was affected.

Now Careem said to many of its consumers to change their passwords so that they dont go through any inconvinience.
